What ServiceYard collects, why, and who else sees it.
Last updated 24 September 2026
ServiceYard provides business management software for trades and small operators. This policy covers serviceyard.com and every ServiceYard application. The data controller is Service Yard LLC, contactable at support@serviceyard.com.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business records to train machine learning models or to advertise to you.
SMS notifications are optional and off unless you turn them on. You enter your own mobile number on your own profile, and switch on each type of message individually.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your number is given only to Twilio, the provider that delivers the message for us, and only so that the message you asked for can arrive. It is listed with our other processors below.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also switch the notifications off or remove your number in Settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We use a small number of providers to run the service. They process data on our instructions only:
Your organization’s records are kept for as long as the account is open. When an account closes we remove them within 90 days, except where we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
You can see and correct your own profile in Settings, remove your mobile number at any time, and ask us for a copy of your personal data or its deletion by writing to support@serviceyard.com. Where your data was entered by an organization you work for, we may direct the request to that organization, which controls those records.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to each organization’s records is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application, so a person can only read the organization they belong to.
ServiceYard is for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
We will post any change here and update the date above. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
