Owners Book Themselves
Every yard gets its own parent portal link. Owners sign in with an emailed code — no password, no app to install — add their dogs, sign the waiver, and request the week they want. It lands in The Requests for you to confirm or decline.
✍️
Waivers Signed, Not Chased
The liability waiver is signed in the browser with a real signature, timestamped, and stored as a PDF against the customer — with the IP, device and exact wording they agreed to. Edit the text and the version number moves with it.
🚌
A Seat Map Shaped Like Your Bus
Not a fixed template. Set the rows and the seats per row to match the vehicle you actually run — a six-bench van or a thirty-row coach — then assign dogs to spots, saved per run date. The pair who must ride together stay together, and the reactive one keeps his corner.
🗺️
The Route, Then the Shortest Route
Stops are geocoded as you type the address, drawn on a map of the day, and can be reordered into the shortest run — then handed to Google Maps on the driver’s phone.
📋
Check Dogs On and Off
The Roster is the run sheet: tap each dog on at pickup and off at drop-off, with times recorded. You always know who is on the bus right now.
💉
Nothing Lapses Quietly
Rabies, bordetella and DHPP carry expiry dates, and an expired record shows up before the dog does — not after somebody asks for it.
🧾
Billing That Follows the Runs
Invoice per household with outstanding and collected on top of the page, send a card payment link, and mark paid in a click. Stripe and Square connect directly.

Your Yard Is Yours
Every record is scoped to your business at the database level. Team members get roles, and nobody outside your yard can read a row of it.
